Some thing. That I have.
Thanks, Comedy Central

I think I'm all "politicked" out.  Do you like my new word?  I sure do.

I'm done with all candidates.  I'll still vote (Ralph Nader), but I'm done watching commercials of candidates bashing each other, of news stories about people and how horrible one party is over the other...I'm just over it.

That's it, that's all I have to say.

Thank you.

The Daily Show and Colbert Report are the only things I go to for politics.

I agree Cedarbird and I have just one thing to say about Obama:

The more he claims he's about change, the more he stays the same.

BTW, I didn't mean I am for Nader now. Just in case.

That's 'cuz yous gots no balls.  You've bought the lies, hook, line, and sinker.

I swear, I can't believe that this election is even close.  Proves unequivocally that the modern US citizen is an incompetent retard.

So not voting for Nader makes me less of a man. Hmm, why should I care what you think SanCho? Thanks about being concerned for my balls though.

Thanks about being concerned for my balls though.

The balls line was just a joke, man.  The rest of my comment is the part that matters.

Pretty much.

I hope we're not being "elitist" with that opinion.

I have no pretenses against elitism anymore.  I don't care if people think I'm elitist - until they can prove to me that they're not lumps of flesh with the cognitive abilities of a sea cucumber, their opinion is worthless to me.

Well, in a way i have to agree with you here. I just don't think most people are stupid. I do believe many are, but I think it's more of laziness. I think this society we have today breeds a generation of lazy people. I say this because of my everyday experiences with people as a customer service rep and simply dealing with the masses that come as part of living in a big city. On a daily basis I deal with people who don't seem to have any concept of courtesy when calling our custimer hotline that they simply blur out responses that at first make no sense without even saying "hello, my name is "Jane somebody". I'm with "some company" I am inquiring about "said thing". Forget the fact that I always greet them with a "Thank you for calling" and h"how my I assist you" and always dismiss the call with a "thank you" and "have a nice day". Laziness to even attempt to be somewhat humane in a world where people believe that money does all the talking goes hand in hand. Then you deal with people outside your workplace. Those who like to block the entire isle at a supermarket where 2 1/2 carts can pass, or the driver who goes from 0 to 45 in 30 minutes, and lets not forget the ones who park in no parking zones causing traffic jams inside our childrens school parking just so they can get a better spot to get out faster.

When it comes to politics, it's easier for most people to simply swallow what CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and what ever local newspaper they read and any websites with political forums they join. God forbid the average person took advantage of a site like google to find basic simply information such as what each candidates policies are and what their solutions really mean. God forbid people actually checked to see if any of today's issues have happend before and how we delt with them back then. Time and again I am amazed how people always end up picking the least likely candidates as their best choices.

Stupid? Sure, a little. Lazy? You bet; makes me wonder why have a house with 1 room for a bedroom, 1 room for the kitchen, 1 room for the bathroom and 1 room for the living room when you can get 1 really big room and have everything at arms reach.

So was my response. I guess even with smileys my humor gets flushed on these forums. <- that means I get thumbs down for joking, in case no one got that.

A-freaking-men.  We're too smart.  This is why we can't get anyone to date us.  Wait...

To Charles:

I see your point, but living on a college campus, I'm leaning a little more towards everyone being "lumps of flesh with the cognitive abilities of sea cucumbers."

People are just STOOPID, plain and simple.  Lazy, yes, and also stupid.

Haha! Now that's the right attitude...in my elite opinion, anyway.
